Sita Devi Love – Bhakti Vinyasa Yoga
Bhakti Vinyasa Flow is a heart opening intentional practice combining Kirtan, the art of ecstatic chanting with Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The practice often begins with a meditation and some intention setting and creative visualization. We then join together in a kirtan to begin our practice which takes us into our bodies moving into our hatha vinyasa practice. The practice slowly builds heat in the body and the practitioner is free to move at his or her own pace, finding his or her own personal flow. Once enough heat is generated we move into some deep stretches and make our way to the floor, ending with a nice long savasana, or final relaxation and close our practice with kirtan.
The practice is accompanied by live chanting of Kirtan and Bhajan by Sita, and other musicians. The goal of this practice is to experience Bhava, the nectar of devotion, through union of the body mind and soul.

Especially recommended for those seeking answers and success. (Asana, Pranayama, Concentration techniques, meditation and spiritual discourse.)
Gadadhara Pandit Dasa – The Bhagavad Gita and the Matrix

David Magone – Mangalam Yantra Yoga
Interested in experiencing what a traditional yoga practice was like 1000 years ago? This workshop will introduce you to the basics of Mangalam Yantra Yoga, a Buddhist yoga practice that was originally introduced to Tibet by Indian masters in the 10th century A.D. Rarely taught outside of Tibetan Monasteries, this profound technique will help you discover your inner Buddha nature through a series of heart opening meditations, guided breath work, and simple physical exercises designed to increase your life force and release emotional and energetic blockages. As a participant in this workshop, you will receive a traditional mantra and become part of a living line of meditation practitioners that extends in unbroken succession for over 1000 years.

Lama Yeshe Palmo – Perceiving Reality: Milarepa’s 12 Examples of Illusion
Tibet’s great poet-yogi used everyday images from “real” life to help us discern the illusory nature of all phenomena, to lessen attachment and clinging to appearances as real, and to approach the wisdom of equanimity. Yogic songs, experiential teaching, meditation instruction & practice, discussion, Q&A, and fun!
Dharma Mittra – Dharma Yoga Nidra
Experience “after death” while still living: the experience of complete peace, the loss of physical and mental consciousness while still embodied. Divine guidance in a precise method of specific relaxation techniques developed by the Enlightened Ones (Yogic Sages) that quickly results in mental and physical pacification, rejuvenation, recharging and healing is offered as part of each session. Since Psychic Sleep is a form of active meditation as well, psychic abilities such as concentration and inner perception are greatly enhanced. Yoga Nidra is the best antidote for impurities and just a few minutes of it corresponds to an hour or more of regular deep sleep. (Yoga Nidra with Pranayama and meditation.)
Sita Devi Love – Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow grounded practice. The word yin, comes from yin and yang, the balance of fire and water, masculine and feminine, strength and softness. Yin refers to the water, the feminine, the softness and this practice encompasses that energy. It is comprised of long holds and deep relaxation with an extended savasana and accompanied by sweet, gentle music.
Gadadhara Pandit Dasa – Illuminations from the Bhagavad Gita: Attributes of an Enlightened Mind
The Gita explains: our mind has the potential to become our best friend or our worst enemy. Too often we see the latter taking place in our lives. The mind has a tendency to go down the road of negativity and despair. In order to slow down and stop the downward spiraling of the mind, we need to understand the nature of our mind and why it’s so distracted. We will learn how to give it the proper nourishment it needs to be satisfied, healthy, and eventually enlightened.
To do this, we will engage in short meditation practices which will include breathing, focusing, and conclude with an introduction to the ancient practice of mantra meditation – the recitation of sacred sounds.
