Larisa Forman is a Full Time Yogi. She started practicing yoga in 1995 in Marblehead, MA and has been in love with yoga ever since. In 2007 Larisa entered into her first yoga teacher training with the founder of PranaVayu yoga David Magone in Boston. In 2010 she continued on the path of Self Realization when she was accepted into Life Of A Yogi Teacher Training with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC successfully graduating as Level IV Dharma Yoga teacher. Larisa offers a well-rounded practice deeply rooted in tradition but for a yogi living in the modern times. Strong asana practice with layers of meditation, pranayama techniques and a dash of humor.
Off the mat Larisa is a Karma yogi. She is a founding member of Sue de Vries Cancer Foundation, selflessly serving others. In 2013 the SdVCF was recognized by Mass General Hospital as a 100 most influential charitable organizations bringing change to the world.
