Nina merges her purpose-driven teaching style with an attentive patience for students of various levels. She is an artful yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for empowering students to cultivate wellbeing. She believes that Yoga is a practice, not a performance striving for perfection.
A culmination of several personal challenges ultimately led her to yoga: addicted perfectionist, injured athlete, overworked professional, isolated solo business owner, and sleepless mom. Over the past twelve years, her classes have evolved to incorporate various influences rather than a devotion to one particular doctrine. She draws significant input from: vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga, physical therapy, competitive gymnastics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong, nutrition, and Christianity. All of these influences contribute to her spirited teaching style, inspired sequencing and articulate guidance. You can find her teaching weekly classes in Boston and she is currently developing her first online course launching in 2017.
