The Festival Marketplace will include more than shopping. We like to call it a “Carnivale of Creativity”
We welcome vendors with yoga related products, clothing, healthy living. non profits, jewelery, artists, body workers, yoga travel, fellow yoga festivals, etc. We hope you ill be a part of it!

Prime location: add $50
Electrical in booth: add $75

July 13 7:00 am - 8:00 am

Your table and spot will be reserved once payment is received. Upon review of your application you will be contacted for payment. Spots are limited and are given out on a ‘first paid first reserved’ basis.

We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each category (i.e. jewelry).

Once your spot is reserved no refunds will be given.

Please submit a jpeg of your company logo with this application for listing on the festival website

Upon confirmation of your application you will receive a jpeg of our logo for promotion on your website

Vendor spaces are under tent within a 10x10 foot area

We will provide you with one 8 foot table and a chair you are responsible for table dressing, signage etc.

Vendors are responsible for all shipping/transporting of goods and displays. The NYF is not responsible for any goods/displays left at the location after the close of the festival. Any and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the vendor.
