Rich Ray has practiced Zen Buddhist meditation and yoga for over 20 years. He spent 4 years training as a resident monk at a silent Zen monastery in northern California. There he facilitated large retreats, was the resident cook and lived amongst the great outdoors. He taught prison meditation and yoga programs in CA and NH. He has made 5 trips to India to study yoga. He currently has a daily Ashtanga practice and co-leads a Mysore program at Down Under Yoga in Brookline, MA with Kate O’Donnell.
