The Festival Marketplace will include more than shopping. We like to call it a “Carnivale of Creativity”
We welcome vendors with yoga related products, clothing, healthy living. non profits, jewelry, artists, body workers, yoga travel, fellow yoga festivals, etc. We hope you will be a part of it!

Our Vendor Marketplace is FULL for 2019. Please submit applications for July 10-12,2020.

Vendor Fee is $350. this is a non refundable fee.

LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT WAIVER, AND RELEASE

In consideration for being permitted by Dharma Yoga Nantucket LLC. dba Nantucket Yoga Festival to Participate in the festival, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in said activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance Dharma Yoga Nantucket LLC. dba the Nantucket Yoga Festival (its officers, employees, volunteers and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with our participation in said festival, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold the above person or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage cost, or expense which may occur as a result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in said festival. I hereby consent that my company/group and its individual members, participate in the above activity, and I hereby execute the above Agreement, Waiver and Release on its behalf. I state that said group and its individual members are physically able to participate in said festival. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the persons and entities mentioned above free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, which they may incur as a result of the death or any injury or property damage, that said group may sustain while participating in said activity.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE FESTIVAL, MYSELF, SAID GROUP AND IT’S INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND I SIGN IT OF MY FREE WILL By signing this release, I hereby also waive any right to privacy and unconditionally give my permission to allow our name, likeness or photograph to appear in any Nantucket Yoga Festival promotional literature. Which may include, but would not be limited to brochures, fliers, press releases, newspapers, television or any other electronic media.
